All distribution checks will become void on April 2, 2012, so do not delay in depositing your check. By order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York dated November 15, 2011, the bankruptcy case of Agway, Inc. And certain affiliates was formally closed. By authority of the bankruptcy court and in accordance with the terms of Agway, Inc.'s confirmed chapter 11 plan, the Agway Liquidating Trust has now been terminated. Final tax forms for the Trust will be mailed by March 15, 2012.
